How It Works
Diagnostic Deep Dive

A 90 minute call to identify your biggest challenges, and get a clear sense of where the highest leverage opportunities are in your business. No cost and no obligation. You'll leave with clarity either way. If we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll kick off the real work from here.
Onboarding

We sign the agreement, schedule all sessions, and map out the next four months so there's no ambiguity about what happens next.
Road Map Session

Week 1. 90 minutes.
We get clear on where we're going before we touch anything. Key areas of action, targets, timelines, and goals. This session produces the road map for our entire engagement.
Audit and Easy Lifts
4
Weeks 1 to 4. Weekly 60-minute sessions.
We dig into your numbers, your team, and your operations. I meet with key team members as needed to maximise what I learn and where I can have fast impact. We document everything, find the money vampires, and launch the first action sprint. Quick wins that put cash back in the business or hours back in your week.
The Heavy Lift

Weeks 5 to 12. Weekly sessions, 30 or 60 minutes as needed.
This is where the real work happens. Focused sprints, implemented in your business, with your team. Depending on what your business needs most, this could include any combination of the following.
Core strategy documents
Team training and upskilling
Process upgrades and documentation
SOPs and handbooks
Job description overhauls
Performance review and 1:1 structures
Dashboards and financial metrics
Client-facing materials and communications
Hiring support and interview processes
Monitor, Measure and Adjust

Weeks 13 to 16. Weekly sessions, 30 or 60 minutes as needed.
We track what's working, measure against the targets we set in the Road Map Session, adjust where needed, and lock it in. By the end of this phase, your new systems are running without me in the room.
You should expect to reclaim 4 to 8 hours from your weekly to-do list in the first 2 weeks, and re-dedicate at least 4 hours per week to work with me and your team on our action plans.
After the Engagement
The four months are the intervention.
From there we can decide together what maintenance looks like.
