I'm Carla, founder of The Long Lever.

I work with owners of seven figure businesses who are great at what they do but drowning in the daily grind.

Together we diagnose precisely what's holding you back, get control of your money, your team, and your systems, and rebuild a structure that lets you step out of the day-to-day without everything falling apart.

This is hands-on, deep-dive work, not a course or generic templates.

I've built six- and seven- figure businesses from scratch, reviewed 2,500+ P&Ls, and run 1,600+ one-on-one sessions with business owners exactly like you. I know what these patterns look like, and I know how to untangle them.
